I am a franchise advisor, business broker, and commercial real estate broker with a rare blend of academic insight, hands-on business ownership, and strategic consulting experience.  I hold an MBA, a BS in Computer Science, and a degree in Business Management and Economics.  I bring analytical rigor and operational savvy to every client engagement.

As a franchise advisor, I help aspiring entrepreneurs identify the right franchise opportunities—at no cost to them. My consultative approach is rooted in market knowledge and personal experience.

As a business broker, I guide owners through the complex process of selling their businesses, ensuring confidentiality, maximizing value, and facilitating smooth transitions. My expertise spans Main Street businesses, M&A and niche verticals, with a focus on deal flow, valuation, and strategic positioning.

As a commercial real estate broker, my team supports clients in acquiring, leasing, and selling commercial properties.  This experience is an asset to franchise buyers, business owners, and sellers who need guidance during a commercial real estate transaction.

My entrepreneurial background spans multiple industries, including speech recognition software (my company was the 5th largest reseller in North America to physicians).  Other companies I have owned are medical transcription, medical billing, vending machines, insurance brokerage, e-commerce (Amazon and Yahoo stores), retail computer sales, offshore web development, and promotional products. This breadth gives me a unique, practical understanding of how businesses are built, scaled, and ultimately exited.

Earlier in my career, I served as a college business professor, where I helped people craft business plans and launch startups. Today, I continue that mission—empowering clients with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to thrive.
